Author Guidelines

 Author Guidelines

We welcome original research contributions, reviews, short letters and discussion articles. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be suitable for the journal will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected. Papers will be subject to peer review by experts.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to the submission. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality or the aims and scope. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. When you are satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
• All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness. References should follow Harvard format. 
• All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
• Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Articles

Article categories include original Research Papers, Reviews, Letters and Forum [for Discussion]. The maximum length of the manuscript is 15 types pages in A-4 format double space with maximum 5 figures and 1 table. Figures and Table should be embedded within the manuscript Word file.  A short abstract limited to 250 words should also be included.  Manuscript should be in A-4 format, 12 point font, double space.  Additional material can be submitted as Supplementary Data complied into one file. Declaration of interest and Author contribution statement should also be included in the manuscript.  

Declation of competing interest

All submissions should include a Declaration of competing interest, choosing from the appropriate case below: 

☐ The authors declare that they have no known competing financial interests or personal relationships that could have appeared to influence the work reported in this paper.

☐ The author is an Editorial Board Member/Editor-in-Chief/Associate Editor/Guest Editor for [Journal name] and was not involved in the editorial review or the decision to publish this article.

☐ The authors declare the following financial interests/personal relationships which may be considered as potential competing interests:

Credit author statement

All submissions should include a Credit author statement. Against each author name, the appropriate credit from the list below should be mentiond.

Conceptualization; Data curation; Formal analysis; Funding acquisition; Investigation; Methodology; Project administration; Resources; Software; Supervision; Validation; Visualization; Writing - original draft; Writing - review & editing.

Corresponding author

The Journal allows only ONE corresponding author, who is the author submitting the paper. Also, statements like both authors contributed equally etc. as footnote are not allowed.

Privacy Statement

The Journal ensures that data is handled responsibly and in accordance with privacy regulation and  protects user privacy when interacting with the platform.
